Partnering & Collaboration Modell (The Finesse Eco-Space)

Our key service delivery strategy is anchored around our global collaboration and partnering concept which allows us to bring together the resources and special skill sets needed to meet the complex requirements of today's volatile environments.

Why do we place so much emphasis on collaboration?

The ongoing deregulation, privatization and unbundling of industries in West Africa mean that a whole new set of rules are being created which are redefining the competitive space. We believe in the Finesse Approach to partnering, aimed at leveraging resources needed to re-define joint processes and the associated information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and standards.

We believe in a shared services concept for the emerging corporate entities of the unbundled power utility and telecommunications industries which should enable them use the economies of scale to define the necessary cross-corporate e-business environments needed to reap the benefits of ongoing deregulatory and privatization programs in the ECOWAS region, especially in the transition phase.

This is especially true of the energy and financial markets where meger & acquisitions will form a part of future stratagy in order for companies to scale up to meet the challenges of regional, continental and global operations.

The Finesse Eco-Space enables us to move away from a "one size-fit all" service organization structure to providing a flexible service resources base which scales up or down according to the volatile business proposal and projects environment of the emerging markets.

Join us in this exciting period in the emerging ECOWAS market.
