researcher in the Institute for Applied
Computer Sciences, Forschungszentrum Karlsruhe GmbH in Karlsruhe; and as an
Associate Internetworking Consultant and member of the Utility Vertical
Group with Cisco Systems in Stuttgart Germany.
His research
and development work is
focused on
deregulatory & restructuring strategies for
global power systems, process &
change management,
information & communications technology (ICT) architecture, knowledge systems and internetworking applications to power
utilities.
He is a
member of the IEEE Computer and
Power Engineering Societies;
the German Society of Electrical Engineers
(VDE);
IEE; ISOC; the Project Management
